Some call it Chimney Cleaning, others may call it Chimney Sweeping. Either way this is an important step in maintaining a healthy and safe fireplace. Unfortunately there isn't a simple rule of thumb on how often to clean your chimney. The problem is, creosote can form/build-up when wood is burned incompletely. A smoky fire without enough oxygen emits lots of un-burned tar vapors that can condense inside the fireplace flue and stick to the sides of the chimneys walls, possibly leading to a chimney fire. We are equipped with the tools and knowledge to remove these buildups. Leaving your chimney in a safe and efficient condition.

Annual chimney inspections are just as important as your yearly cleaning. From fireplaces to wood stoves to furnaces we have been trusted by New Castle and Kent County for more then 15 Years to provide thorough video inspections. An inspection is needed on 3 different levels. 

LEVEL 1  ( $175 )

• Your Chimney or Heat Source HAS NOT noticeably changed.
• You would just like assurance that your Chimney is in a state of safe use.

LEVEL 2 ( $275 )

• This is a NEW HOME or a NEW TO YOU HOME and you are not familiar with the performance of the chimney.
• You are planning on making modifications.
• There was recently a fire within the chimney or with the heat source.

LEVEL 3 ( Price Varies )

• This inspection is only needed if levels 1 and 2 reveal a serious issue.
• A portion of the chimney is deteriorating or parts of the system will need to be removed ( brick, flue pipes, etc.. ) to provide a in-depth inspection.
